I didn’t realize until I entered my 50’s how empathic and intuitive I was. Being so sensitive to how other people felt and to things in my surroundings was a gift but also began to manifest health challenges and a deep intolerance to narcissists in my life who took advantage of my people-pleasing tendency and compassionate nature. Healing meant I could no longer hide my authentic self and what my soul was calling me to do – life coaching combined with an innate love of organizing and decorating, using outer décor and environment as a mirror for internal imbalances. I deeply wanted to help others clear inner and outer clutter to make space for what brings them joy, inspiration, and peace…to create havens.

 

My intention for self-empowerment as a profession led me to the healing art of life coaching through the Martha Beck Institute in 2014. Combining the practicality of psychology and neuroscience with a spiritual approach was just the right combination for my pragmatic yet bohemian nature. I have also studied and received personal training under many widely known, practical, and spiritually-oriented teachers, including decluttering and feng shui expert Denise Linn. Continual learning to add useful coaching and healing tools means I am always integrating new methods to help me and my clients around the world, from energy clearing and decluttering to design psychology and soul’s calling techniques. I have been trained by the best and certified by life experience.

I have a lifetime of studying human potential and intentional living. I also have over 30 years of marketing experience working with software and healthcare companies, non-profits, and small businesses to help them realize their visions. I have enjoyed working most where my values and interests aligned with my work: from a landscape architecture firm, a women's crisis center, an organic food distributor, to a socially responsible investment company.

In my youth, I developed a love of dance and a profound appreciation for the arts. My passion for beauty and design abilities led me to start a jewelry and décor business that allows me to express my love of color, form and beauty.

I am grateful to live among independent-spirited healers and artists in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, with my wonderful husband and dogs.

 

My unending passion and mission is to help others empower themselves to create inner and outer havens through nurturing lives, bodies, homes and businesses.
